7-11 Herbrand Street is a 66,406 sq. ft. office building in the Bloomsbury area of Camden. It is of particular architectural interest due to its distinctive green and white art deco styling. It was designed and built by famed London architects Wallis, Gilbert and Partners in 1931. Herbrand Street was originally commissioned by the Daimler Hire Company for its limousine operations and was comprehensively refurbished in 2000. The building is currently home to global advertising agency, McCann Erikson’s European headquarters.

‘Herbrand Street is an exciting addition to our growing estate, with strong yielding cash-flow and reversionary potential. This demonstrates our targeted approach to sourcing acquisitions across London with an ongoing focus on our core Camden estate,’ explains Market Tech’s CEO, Charles Butler.
